I have used an A-dec Dental unit for the past 10 years andhave been very satisfied with their reliability, functionality and design features. When I recently bought into a practice I was concerned that the dental units were not A-dec. The frustration and stress started after only a few days.
I contacted Naomi at Medi-Dent who arrange a time to discuss the various A-dec designs and options at the Medi-Dent showroom. Having the units on site allowed me to assess the access, ergonomics and comfort of each type rath than viewing a catalogue. This gave me the reassurance that I was purchasing the dental unit that best suited my needs. With Naomi's guidance I decided on the A-dec Cascade Radius and with Medi-Dent's assistance, the unit was installed by Peter O'Brien a few weeks later.
The feedback from both patients and staff has been very positive. The armrest design allows patients, especially those with mobiltiy restrictions, to access the chair with ease. The Plus upholstery comfort level is also commented on by patients. My chair side assistant now has greater access to the patient and appreciated the simplified daily maintenance of the A-dec units.
The A-dec unit is an invaluable part of my dental practice with allows me to practice quality dentstry in a comfortable setting.
